- A 20% deposit is required to confirm all reservations
- This deposit secures your vehicle and rental dates

- Fully refundable if cancelled more than 24 hours before pick-up
- Non-refundable if cancelled within 24 hours of pick-up
- Non-refundable in case of no-show

Less than 24 Hours Before Pick-Up
- 20% deposit is non-refundable
- 50% of total booking may be charged
No-Show
- 50% of total rental amount is charged
- No refund applies

- No refunds for unused rental days
- Once the rental has started, the booking is considered fully consumed

π Booking Modifications
We understand plans can change.
- Changes are allowed free of charge if requested more than 24 hours before pick-up
- Subject to vehicle availability

- If your flight is delayed, we will reschedule your booking at no extra cost
- You must inform us before the scheduled pick-up time
